Gilberto Aceves Navarro's Las Bicicletas celebrates both art and biking in New York City. These biking sculptures are popping up around the city and there are a lot of them in Brooklyn. The photos and video below where taken in Brooklyn Heights; primarily at the Promenade. The biking art work will be only be on display for the summer months; July, August, and September.
According to nycbikemaps.com the sculptures are installed on the following locations:
1. Bowery at Canal Street
2. Manhattan Bridge Brooklyn
3. Jay St. at Sands Street
4. Pearl St. between Front Street and York Street
5. Cadman Plaza West
6. Columbia Heights Seating Area
7. Atlantic Ave. at Columbia Street
8. BAM Park at Lafayette Avenue
9. Bartel Pritchard Square
10. Louis Valentino Jr. Park
